iAgency Crosses $7M Milestone: The Seventh Million Came Five Months After the Fifth
By iAgency

A milestone update from CEO Glenn Lee II — October 2026
iAgency has officially crossed $7,000,000 in gross written premium since inception, and sits at $7,292,639 as this is written. For a commercial trucking insurance specialist headquartered in Irving, Texas, with a second office in Tampa, Florida, the number matters less than the pace behind it: we crossed $5M on April 23, $6M on June 22, and $7M on September 21. Each million has come faster than the one before it.
In April we wrote that $5M was the floor, not the finish line. Two millions later, that still holds.
This update is for the operators, fleets, brokers, carriers, producers, and partners who got us here. And for the ones we haven't met yet.

Why specialization keeps winning in trucking insurance
When most general-practice insurance brokers see a commercial trucking risk, they see complexity, regulatory friction, and tight margins — and they pass. We saw a market that deserved a broker who actually speaks its language.
Roughly 90% of the policies we write serve for-hire commercial trucking. Owner-operators, fleet managers, and freight brokers running everything from single-truck operations to mid-sized fleets. We know the difference between bobtail and non-trucking liability. We know what a BMC-91X filing actually does. We've built relationships with the carriers that underwrite this segment correctly, and this year we started building the integrations that let those carriers quote our clients in minutes instead of days.
That focus is the thesis. The numbers below are what happens when a thesis compounds for another five months.
The numbers behind the milestone
$7,292,639 in gross written premium since inception, across 496 placements
$5M to $7M in 151 days: $5M on April 23, $6M on June 22, $7M on September 21
September 2026 was the largest month in company history, at $572,170 placed
2026 year to date stands at $3.02 million, already 37% more than all of 2025, with a quarter still to play
$4.76 million active pipeline across 281 open opportunities
Seven main carrier partners, with hundreds of carriers underneath them
Nearly 30% of 2026 premium came from renewals and policy add-ons, not new sales
Roughly 90% of policies written serve for-hire commercial trucking
The pipeline number still matters for the same reason it mattered in April. It's not booked revenue; it's evidence the engine is accelerating. The renewal number is new to this update, and it's there on purpose. An agency that only grows by selling is renting its book. An agency that renews is building one.
What this milestone means for the people we serve
To every owner-operator and fleet manager who trusted iAgency with the coverage that protects your rigs, drivers, and livelihoods — thank you. Your business runs on margins most industries would refuse. Getting the insurance right isn't optional, and you trusted us to get it right.
To our carrier partners who said yes when the risks were complicated, and who are now building the integrations that will make yes come faster — thank you. The market doesn't always reward specialization. We believe it should.
To our team — the producers, the operations staff, the service desk keeping the machine running, and the new faces who joined since April — thank you. The scoreboard is still catching up with the work.
Where we go from here
$7M is the floor. $50M is the build. In April we made three commitments. Here is where each one stands.
Continued vertical focus. Still trucking, and only trucking. We are now licensed in all 50 states, our seven main carrier partners give us hundreds of markets inside the segment, and we serve operators from offices in Irving, Texas and Tampa, Florida.
Producer-first growth. Two producers joined the floor this summer, and both put wins on the board inside their first month. We're still hiring commercial P&C producers who want to specialize. If you want to eat what you kill and you believe trucking is the lane to run in — we should talk.
Systems over heroics. Since April we launched a client portal where operators can check policy status and pull certificates of insurance, automated the paperwork between quote and bind, and moved renewals into a system that works every policy ahead of expiration. The next $43M gets built on that stack, not on grinding harder.
